As a Corporate Services Attachee/Graduate Trainee, you will work closely with multiple departments to support and strengthen core corporate functions including administration, compliance, governance, risk management, and legal-commercial operations. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and growing organisation while learning from experienced professionals.
This role is both structured and intellectually engaging. It requires attention to detail, strong analytical thinking, and a proactive mindset. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, takes initiative, and has a strong “get it done” attitude.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the administration of contracts, agreements, and governance documentation
- Support due diligence and background verification processes
- Assist with compliance monitoring and assessments
- Provide support in debt collection administration and follow-ups
- Provide general administrative and operational support
Must Have
- Recent graduate or student pursuing a degree in Law, Business Administration, Risk Management, Corporate Governance, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Nice to have
- Exposure to compliance or administrative processes
- Strong research and reporting skills
- Interest in corporate governance and legal-commercial operations
