This position is both process-driven and dynamic, requiring you to be proactive and meticulous. You should be ready to learn fast, take initiative, and work in a fast-paced environment. To be successful, you must have strong organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Support procurement activities by helping manage purchase requests, supplier follow-ups, and documentation
- Assist with inventory counts and reconciliation to ensure 100% inventory accuracy
- Prepare and process dispatch documents and assist with material handling
- Update internal systems for inventory and procurement status tracking
- Monitor supplier performance and assist with compliance checks
- Help process vendor invoices and prepare payment batches

Assist in collecting stakeholder feedback for service satisfaction
Must Have
- Studying towards a Bachelor Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field
- Passion for procurement, stores, or operations management
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proactive attitude with the ability to follow processes accurately
- Good written and verbal English
